This Artist Captures Phobias in Photos! Watch Your Greatest Fears In Stills!

It is not easy dealing with a phobia, an irrational fear which makes something or someone more dangerous than in your mind that it is in real life. If you’re faced with one of your greatest fears, it is enough to put you in enormous distress, so much so that it might cause panic.

But for an artist like Isabel Mendoza, who claimed to have no phobia at all, other people’s greatest fears are a perfect inspiration for her photography project. She called it “The ABCs of Phobias.” As the title has indicated, the phobias are photographed in alphabetical order.

If you are intensely afraid of something, like the dentist, you might want to brace yourself before clicking on the next photos. Expect some photos of the common phobias, such as the fear of germs and dentists, to the more bizarre ones, such as the fear of gelatin.

Click on to see the phobias in photos and let’s make it a guessing game.
